Driving Sensation are UK specialists in Driving Experiences, Driving Gift Experiences, and First Driving Lessons. They supply a wide range of driving experience days across the U.K. including York, Teesside, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Staffordshire.
The Driving Experiences include Supercar driving in a Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, or Porsche 911, rally driving in Subaru Impreza and Mitsubishi Evo's, as well as single seater and skid car experiences. Driving Sensation also caters to non license holders with the Junior Ferrari and First Drive experiences geared for 11-17 year olds, plus high speed passenger rides. Teesside Autodrome, Middlesbrough, Elvington, York, Staffordshire and Heyford Park, Oxfordshire are locations where you can participate in this Driving Experience.
The Audi R8 has been created using all of the experience, expertise and design of Audis 70 years of motor sports. A mid-mounted, high revving V8 4.2litre engine will take the Audi R8 to a top speed of 187 Mph and will crack 0-62 Mph in 4.6 seconds. It features an extremely rigid but light aluminum body, plus 4 wheel drive which ensures that the handling is good. According to Audi this car is designed to take your breath away.
What do you get with your Audi R8 Driving Experience? Before participation, you will receive a safety and techniques briefing from an experienced racing driver. Then, you will be driven around the circuit in a saloon car by your instructor so that you can learn the circuit. Next, the bit you are waiting for! You will drive for 4/5 laps each around our circuit. (This is 4 laps at Elvington and 5 laps at Teesside)
In some of the Driving Experiences, you will actually get to drive two different cars in order to compare the Audi R8 to another cars performance. For example, there are Driving Experiences that feature:

As a finishing touch, you can complete your Audi R8 Driving Experience with a hot lap driven by a professional driver. This passenger lap takes place in whatever car is nominated for passenger laps on that particular day. Cars used will usually include the BMW M3, Lotus Elise, and Subaru Impreza Sti.
