Take food with you that you know will last. It is no good taking fresh food that can go off quickly if it is not kept in some sort of cooler.
This is okay if you plan on bringing a cooler with you on the trip. Any form of perishable food will have to be eaten first or you will just have to throw it away when it goes off. Try to stay clear of frozen poultry or meat on this trip too along with frozen vegetables as they can take a long time to cook and the end result does not always taste very nice afterwards.
