Mental growth is also a benefit brought about by physical body exercises outside your home compound. A child or an adult who does not stay indoor experiences a lot of things outside. This is an advantage since the attribute of dormancy is broken. They can get new ideas such as team-building, how to make the decision, how to social network and the advantages that come along with networking, quick and logical reasoning in case a solution is required and many more.
